Breastfeeding/Prenatal Education Classes
We offer several varieties of breastfeeding education classes. In our most popular class, we cover the breastfeeding basics from puberty to postpartum. We focus on best practices with regard to latch, timing, and routines to help Mom get some rest too! For our non-breastfeeding support persons, (this means you Dad, Grandma, Auntie, Godmother, etc…) we review helpful tips for supporting Mom in this new journey.
Our classes cover topics including breastfeeding older infants and toddlers, weaning, induced lactation and relactating, adoption, and much more! Whether you’re a first-time mom, or you’ve been down this road before, join these classes for some helpful tips on how to make your breastfeeding journey one that is meaningful for you and your bab(ies).
Service Costs: Classes (virtual) $40, 60-75 Minutes
Breastfeeding/Lactation Consults
For many, group-setting breastfeeding classes just aren’t enough. For a more personalized experience, we offer individual and family consults for breastfeeding support and individualized education. Our goal is to help navigate breastfeeding challenges before, during, and after childbirth.
Service Costs: Prenatal Lactation Consult (virtual) $100, 60 Minutes; Lactation Consult (virtual) $120, 75 Minutes; Lactation Consult (face-to-face) $150, 75 Minutes, (+additional fees apply for travel).
Individual Therapy
Family planning can be hard. We offer individual therapy to help process challenges that occur throughout pregnancy, including adjusting to motherhood, grief and loss, and parental stressors of all kinds. We hope to provide a space for you to feel supported and reminded that you are more than a mother.
Service Costs: Therapy, Initial (virtual) $225, 80 Minutes; Therapy, Established (virtual) $185, 50 Minutes; Therapy, Established (virtual) $205, 80 Minutes.
Family Therapy
Expanding families create new opportunities for change that can be challenging for all to adjust. Oftentimes, miscommunication, difficulties with adjustment and associated stressors lead to relationship breakdown; we want to encourage and support you while you make decisions for the best life for your family.
Service Costs: Family Therapy (virtual) $225, 80 Minutes
We are in network with United Behavioral Health and Cigna insurance providers (for mental health/therapy services only). Self pay options are available. Sliding scale referrals MAY be accepted; community providers should request contact.
